ARTEC/ARTE I Job Posting

The ARTEC and ARTE I Board of Directors are advertising for a consultant position
for the fiscal year 2020-21 to provide oversight and support for the review and
evaluation of the two Regional Professional Technical Charter Schools along with
the appropriate application materials to ensure the continued viability of the
charter sponsor.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Minidoka School District Board,
the Charter School Board, the director and the principal of ARTEC/ARTE I Charter
Schools, and Minidoka School District administrative staff members to:
1—Review the chartering documents
2—Coordinate with state level personnel to review, revise and submit paperwork
to continue as a District in good standing allowing Minidoka School District to
continue as a charter school sponsor.
3—Work in conjunction with all parties to have the renewal application for
Minidoka School District sponsorship of the ARTEC and ARTE I charters processed
and approved prior to March 15, 2021.
4—Work with Minidoka administrative personnel to send, to the ARTEC/ARTE I
contact for each district, the performance framework template to request the
yearly update. The data will be forwarded to Director Andy Wiseman for the
yearly report to the Minidoka School District Board of Trustees and the ARTEC and
ARTE I Board of Directors.
Preference will be given to:
1—Applicants with administrative experience with charter schools.
2—Applicants with experience or knowledge about ARTEC/ARTE I.
3—Applicants with experience developing professional-technical charter
school(s).
